1. Scope of Services

Travellōr provides personalized travel management and booking services. Our services include the following:

  1. Destination Discovery: A personalized consultation to explore travel ideas, destination recommendations, and trip possibilities based on your interests.

    Fee: $500

  2. Concierge Services: Personalized assistance with hotel reservations, flights, tours, restaurants and other special requests.

    Fee: Complimentary

  3. Itinerary Planning: Custom itineraries tailored to your preferences, including hotels, flights, transfers, and other special requests.

    Fee: 3% of your trip investment from your initial inquiry.

  4. Hotel Bookings: Accommodations curated to fit your travel style and preferences.

    Fee: Complimentary

  5. Air Travel Services: Assistance with securing flights and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

    Fee: $25 per ticketed flight

  6. Cruise Bookings: Personalized assistance with cruise booking, hotel reservations, flights, tours and other special requests.

    Fee: Complimentary

Please Note: Travellōr does not book accommodations through short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO. This is due to a lack of quality control, customer service, and the prevalence of scams. We prioritize providing reliable, vetted options to ensure your travel experience meets the highest standards.

2. Booking Process

Travellōr ensures a smooth and tailored booking experience, customized to your selected service:

  • Inquiry Submission: To begin, clients must submit a travel quote request form, specifying the service(s) they are interested in.

  • Consultation Call: Once Travellōr receives the inquiry, we will schedule a complimentary "get to know you" consultation call to better understand your preferences, needs, and vision for your trip.

  • Authorization to Proceed: After the consultation call, clients agree to provide a valid credit card to secure bookings and authorize Travellōr to proceed within the parameters discussed.

  • Customized Proposal and Service Delivery:

    • Destination Discovery: A personalized consultation designed to inspire your next adventure. We present a selection of carefully curated destination options tailored to your interests, helping you explore possibilities before committing to a full itinerary. This service is for inspiration only—Travellōr does not manage or book trips as part of Destination Discovery. Proposals are typically delivered within 7 business days for domestic trips and 14 business days for international trips, unless additional information is required.

    • Concierge Service: Travellōr manages and books every aspect of your journey, from accommodations to experiences. Based on your preferences, we provide a full itinerary and handle all arrangements for you. Proposals are typically delivered within 7 business days for domestic trips and 14 business days for international trips, unless additional information is required.

    • Itinerary Planning: Travellōr provides a meticulously crafted guide with recommendations for accommodations, activities, and dining. This service does not include booking, and it is the client’s responsibility to independently secure all reservations and arrangements. Proposals are typically delivered within 7 business days for domestic trips and 14 business days for international trips, unless additional information is required.

    • Hotel Bookings: Confirmations and booking details are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

    • Air Travel Services: Flight options are provided within 1–2 business days.

    • Cruise Bookings: A proposal is typically provided within 7-14 business days, depending on cruise line availability.

  • Approval and Deposit: Clients must review and approve the proposal. A deposit (if applicable) will secure the booking and quoted rates.

  • Ongoing Communication: After booking, Travellōr will notify clients of any additional payments or updates required up until the day of departure.

Important Note: All quotes are time-sensitive and subject to change due to availability and seasonal fluctuations. Clients are encouraged to approve proposals and secure bookings promptly to lock in rates.

3. Payment and Refunds

To secure a booking, clients must approve and pay the deposit in full at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be specified in the proposal. Refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party suppliers and may be subject to cancellation fees. Travellōr is not responsible for any refunds or cancellation fees. A planning fee of 3% of the trip investment from your initial inquiry will be charged in the event the client chooses not to move forward with the booking after receiving the proposal. This fee is non-refundable and covers the time and resources spent on managing the trips itinerary.

4. Travel Insurance Requirement

All bookings made through Travellōr require comprehensive travel insurance through our trusted partner, Faye. This insurance ensures protection against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more. The cost of insurance will be factored into your overall trip investment and is non-optional. The only services that do not require travel insurance are Destination Discovery and Itinerary Planning.

By booking with Travellōr, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Travel insurance will be included in your total trip cost.

  • Coverage details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

  • If you require additional coverage beyond the standard policy, you must request an upgrade at the time of booking.

  • Travellōr is not responsible for claims, disputes, or processing related to travel insurance. Any claims must be handled directly with Faye per their policy terms.

  • Failure to comply with this requirement will result in Travellōr being unable to proceed with your booking.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Clients may request changes to their bookings, subject to availability and additional fees. Travellōr will provide up to three rounds of edits within a 90-day period to accommodate client requests. For changes exceeding three rounds, Travellōr may charge a management fee of 3% of the trip investment from your initial inquiry. Cancellation fees may apply, and any refunds will be subject to the policies of the third-party suppliers. For clients who have booked Travellōr’s Itinerary Planning service, the 3% management fee is non-refundable in the event of trip cancellation, regardless of the reason.

6. Complimentary Perks

Travellōr may be able to secure complimentary perks for clients, such as spa credits, room upgrades, or airport transfers. However, the availability of these perks is at the discretion of the hotel or other third-party supplier and cannot be guaranteed. The availability and type of complimentary perks may vary depending on the client's budget and the specific hotels or suppliers selected. Travellōr will communicate any complimentary perks that are available to the client prior to their trip.

7. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for obtaining and ensuring the validity of all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, etc. Travellōr is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to the client's failure to obtain or carry appropriate documentation.

8. Liability

Travellōr is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred by the client during their trip. Travellōr is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

9. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, adhering to all laws, regulations, and local customs. Travellōr reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

10. Force Majeure

Travellōr is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

11. Privacy Policy

Travellōr is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address

  • Payment information: Credit card details

  • Travel preferences: Destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests

  • Booking information: Flight details, hotel reservations, tour bookings

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide our travel planning and booking services

  • Communicate with you about your booking

  • Process payments

  • Customize your travel experience
